RETURNS

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. If you are located outside of Pakistan, the shipping time may be extended.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

For questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please get in touch.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item and, once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 3 days, with no need for justification. As with all returns, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
