RETURNS

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at Abrarch6655@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. If you reside outside Pakistan, shipping may take longer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

To get the item you want quickly, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, without justification. As with all returns, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
